We provide a 1-month exchange and 12-month maintenance warranty. This means items can be exchanged during the first month or maintained for the first year. Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items. (In most cases, buyers will only have to return the components with problems rather than the entire package).

Before returning the items, please make sure you obtain our return address. Please use a regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them.

No return will be accepted except for manufacturer's defects. If the item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after you receive the item. Please provide us with a digital photo of your item for any complaints so that we can conduct the investigation. Return items must be in brand new condition, meaning they are kept in the original packaging. If customers place an order without contacting us and purchase the wrong items, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In such return cases, buyers need to pay shipping and handling charges again for the re-shipped items, unless we make a mistake with the buyer's address.
